Unzip "emupgrade221.zip" file and install the file at PC by executing "Setup.exe" .
Then, follow the instructions from the attached document " How to use eMupgrade.pdf".
Go to the System Information Menu at Set-Top-Box Main OSD, and identify the Model ID
H/W Version, S/W Version. Then search the S/W version by referring the below information as follows:
The software name registered at "S/W Download Center" is formed according to the length of Model ID.
- If the model ID is less than 8 digits, the S/W name is described as "model ID"-"H/W version"-"S/W Version"
- If the model ID is 10 digits, the S/W name is described as "model ID"-"S/W Version"
ex) model ID : 0000D100, H/W Version : 1.10, S/W Version : 2.30
→ 0000D100-110-230
model ID : 1010020000, H/W Version : 1.10.00, S/W Version : 1.10.0a
→ 1010020000-1100a
